1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, registering, or using the jillcc platform located at https://jillcc.cam (the "Website" or "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), along with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines. 3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To use jillcc services, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and physical address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or termination.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password) and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party
• Enable two-factor authentication if available
• Immediately notify jillcc of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach
• Log out from your account at the end of each session, especially when using shared or public devices

jillcc will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials or from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your actions or negligence.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements, jillcc implements mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. You may be required to submit documents such as valid government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, or national ID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account functionality.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

jillcc accepts deposits through various payment methods including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers via major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, among others), cryptocurrency (USDT, Bitcoin), and other electronic payment systems. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your location and account status.

All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Deposits made in foreign currencies will be converted to PHP at prevailing exchange rates, which may include conversion fees charged by your payment provider. jillcc does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider or bank may impose transaction fees.

jillcc is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to protect your credentials, technical failures beyond our control, force majeure events, government actions, or third-party service provider failures. 10. Account Closure and Suspension

You may close your jillcc account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deduction of applicable fees or pending wagers. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.

jillcc reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, provide false information, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. In case of account termination for breach, jillcc may withhold or confiscate account balances, bonuses, and winnings.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through jillcc's customer support channels. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms as a PAGCOR-licensed operator.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and jillcc regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

14.3 Assignment
